Quite often, I find myself going out on urgent issues. These are usually small leaks, a broken pipe, or something else that otherwise couldn't have been anticipated. This is the reason why I have two phones. In case you are unable to get to me from one, you always have a second option. Then there are the other types of issues people have that aren't urgent. They need something new installed, an old part replaced, or are looking to have some type of renovation. For a these people, email is sometimes easier. Because of that, I also check my email frequently, and have provided a contact form to reach me directly that way.
